How can I book?

You can contact us directly by email at dasalpiente@posteo.de or send an inquiry through our booking page. We usually confirm your booking within 24 hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival incur a 50% charge. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged at the full price.

What happens to the service fee if I cancel?

The service fee is fully refunded in the event of cancellation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. We can arrange flexible times upon request, subject to availability.

What is included in the apartment?

Our apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen (including dishwasher), WiFi, smart TV, bed linen, and towels. Detailed amenity lists can be found on the respective apartment pages.

Question 6

How often do I get fresh towels and how many per person?

Accepted Answer

For stays of up to 5 nights, you receive one towel set per person (one large and one small towel). For stays of 6 nights or more, we provide double the amount.

What does the service fee include?

The service fee covers bed linen, towels and the final cleaning of the apartment. Everything you need for the kitchen is also already provided – washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges, tea towels and more – so there's nothing for you to worry about.

Is parking available?

Each apartment has its own garage. There is also one shared outdoor parking space available for all guests of the house.

Can I charge my electric car?

There is no Wallbox on-site, but a standard socket is available. Electricity consumption is billed separately.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not permitted.

Question 11

What is the visitor's tax (Kurtaxe)?

The visitor's tax is €3.50 per night for guests over 16 years and €2.25 per night for children aged 6 to 16. Children under 6 are exempt. It is paid on-site. In return, you receive the Allgäu-Walser-Pass, which gives you many discounts in the region.

How do I receive the Allgäu-Walser-Pass?

You receive the Allgäu-Walser-Pass a few days before your arrival, sent to you in advance by email together with the guest registration form.

What is the best way to get there?

Accepted Answer

By car, take the A7 highway (exit Sonthofen). By train, travel to Sonthofen station — from there it's just a few minutes by taxi. Detailed directions can be found on our Getting Here page.
